Global Payroll Analyst

📋 Description

• Process multi-state U.S. payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees using Workday Payroll
• Perform end-to-end payroll activities, including reviewing inputs, validating calculations, running
• Coordinate payroll for workers engaged through EOR and PEO providers.
• Support India payroll processing and review, including payroll inputs, statutory deductions and
• Monitor payroll cases and ticket queues; respond to employee questions regarding pay, taxes
• Partner with payroll vendors and internal teams to investigate and resolve payroll issues, track

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience, including hands-on responsibility for payroll processing, audits
• 3+ years of hands-on U.S. payroll processing experience using Workday Payroll and Workday Time
• Working knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and local payroll taxation and wage-and-hour
• Hands-on India payroll experience, including familiarity with common statutory payroll requirements
• Experience supporting payroll through EOR and/or PEO providers across multiple countries.
• Experience managing employee inquiries through a case-management or ticketing system and
