📋 Description

• Act as primary point of contact for customers during payroll implementation, ensuring requirements
• Analyze customer payroll requirements and recommend appropriate implementation approaches based on
• Own end-to-end implementation of new customers, coordinating activities from initial setup through
• Collect, validate, and organize all required customer and employee payroll information for each
• Configure global payroll systems accurately based on customer requirements and applicable local
• Coordinate parallel payroll runs, review results, and perform reconciliations of wage-based taxes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in global payroll implementation, including a strong understanding of
• Several years of hands-on experience with technical setup and implementation of global payroll
• Strong understanding of end-to-end global payroll and HR processes, including payroll operations
• Experience with accounting reconciliations and ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Excellent data management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects and stakeholders simultaneously while
