Global payroll manager

📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll across multiple entities, currencies, and schedules.
• Coordinate with EOR providers; validate invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage payments processing and month-end reconciliations.
• Ensure payroll liabilities, accruals, and disbursements across entities.
• Lead country payroll setup: configurations, testing, end-to-end cycles.
• Stay ahead of evolving payroll tax requirements across jurisdictions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10+ years of payroll experience in a high-growth global tech company.
• Experience with Rippling Payroll.
• Strong command of US multi-state payroll and state compliance.
• International payroll experience in at least two of UK, Canada, Singapore, UAE.
• Experience managing EOR and third-party payroll vendors.
• Regulatory expertise and proactive compliance mindset.
