Global payroll manager

📋 Description

• End-to-end payroll for multiple entities and pay schedules.
• Coordinate with EOR providers; resolve discrepancies; auditable workflow.
• Process payments; GL journals; month-end reconciliations.
• Ensure payroll liabilities and accruals reflect across entities.
• Lead new country payroll setups; system config and testing.
• Assist employees on payroll questions, tax, and payslip issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years payroll experience in a high-growth global tech company
• Experience with Rippling Payroll
• Strong US multi-state payroll with multi-frequency schedules
• International payroll experience across UK, Canada, Singapore, or UAE
• Experience managing EOR and third-party payroll vendors
• Regulatory expertise and proactive compliance mindset
