Global Payroll & People Ops Manager

📋 Description

• Own timely, accurate bi-weekly payroll for Canada and U.S.
• Lead year-end activities: T4s, W-2s, 1099s, ROEs.
• Ensure CRA and U.S. payroll compliance across state/local rules.
• Manage CA/NY regulatory knowledge across ON, BC, AB.
• Own benefits carrier relationships and enrollment processes.
• Maintain HRIS/payroll data integrity and SOP documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• PCP designation required.
• 5+ years payroll/benefits across Canada & US.
• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Deep understanding of CRA, provincial and U.S. tax/labor laws.
• Experience with CA EDD, CA SDI/PFL, NY DTF, NY DBL/PFL.
• Experience balancing payroll tasks with People Ops.
