Global Payroll Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Lead global payroll for a PE-backed, multi-entity cybersecurity SaaS company.
• Oversee payroll execution, controls, vendor coordination, and audit readiness.
• Partner across Finance, HR, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and providers.
• Drive process documentation and practical payroll improvements.
• Coordinate with external service providers and internal systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive payroll experience including multi-state US and international.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or related field.
• Experience leading payroll teams with clear expectations and accountability.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax, wage/hour rules, deductions, and compliance.
• Experience with ADP/ADP Celergo, Workday, NetSuite or similar HRIS/ERP.
• CPP designation strongly preferred.
