Global PD Manager, Bedding

📋 Description

• Own and manage day-to-day product development timelines across new products and vendor transitions.
• Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Tech Dev, Materials, QA, Creative, and Vendors.
• Ensure all product docs are accurate and ready prior to vendor handoff.
• Track sample requests, shipments, reviews, and revisions to hit target timelines.
• Facilitate product reviews and approvals; track testing results.
• Lead in-person country development trips with Global Merchants, Global Fit, and Local PD teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in San Francisco, with 3 days per week in office.
• 10+ years in product development or factory-facing roles.
• Deep category expertise incl product & material standards; factory experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused.
• Clear communicator across language, cultural, and functional boundaries.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
