Global PD Manager, Furniture

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day product development timelines across new products and refreshes.
• Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Tech, Materials, QA, Creative, Vendors.
• Ensure complete product documentation before vendor handoff (tech specs, tests, fit).
• Coordinate sample requests, shipments, reviews, fit requests, and revisions.
• Facilitate timely reviews/approvals by Merch, Fit, and Tech; track tests.
• Lead in-person country development trips with global/local PD teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Based in SF, 3 days/week in office.
• 10+ years in product development or factory roles.
• Deep expertise in product and material standards.
• Extensive experience working directly with factories and sample rooms.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
