Global People (HR) Technology & Analytics Specialist

📋 Description

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for HR Technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Visier
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to identify business needs and support HR technology
• Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and governance
• Support and train key users, resolve escalations, and coordinate system-related requests
• Administer user roles, permissions, and access across HR platforms
• Manage data integrations, monitor interfaces, and troubleshoot system issues

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in an HR Technology, HRIS, or related role
• Hands-on experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Visier, Qualtrics, SmartRecruiters
• Experience in system administration, governance, and user support
• Good understanding of HR processes and HR technology landscape
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
