• Own HRIS, payroll, compliance, and contractor risk processes
• Build durable operating mechanisms, docs, reporting, self-service workflows
• Drive AI-native service delivery while upholding privacy and compliance
• Establish global People Ops model with region-aligned delivery
• Improve data quality and enable faster, better decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in People/HR Operations with team leadership
• Experience at AI-native or fast-scaling tech company
• Direct multi-country payroll, benefits, and compliance
• Sweden, UK, and US experience is a strong plus
• Track record designing scalable People Ops systems
• Balances speed with rigor; privacy-by-design and access controls
