• Lead global Perfect Store strategy with scalable frameworks and KPIs
• Drive retail execution across offline and online channels
• Build governance, tools, and processes for consistency
• Grow a global community of Category Management, Shopper Marketing, and Sales

• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10+ years in Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Sales, or related commercial function
• Expertise in Perfect Store, retail execution, or in-store excellence at scale
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional international projects and influence stakeholders
• Experience with planograms, retail analytics, or POSM development is a plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• International mindset with ability to build capabilities and drive multi-market improvement
