Global Product Manager, Hardware

📋 Description

• Determine strategy and manage execution of new product initiatives to launch
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
• Define consumer target, positioning, benefits and features
• Develop product requirements and secure cross-functional alignment
• Work with ID, engineering, China team and QA on product execution
• Lead gate meetings and track timelines to milestones

🎯 Requirements

• MBA preferred or Bachelor's with 2+ years PM/technical exp
• Brand or product mgmt experience; hardware PM a plus
• Strong communication skills to drive stakeholder buy-in
• Data-driven decisions; analyze data to guide decisions
• Comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on in project work
• Collaborative, cross-functional leader who drives results
