• Drive the strategy and build the team and partners to realize, then scale, this program.
• Identify businesses, markets, and operational needs; build a pipeline of SMB partners.
• Develop a repeatable methodology for deploying OpenAI tools and enabling teams to use them
• Design the full fellow experience, from selection and training through deployment and career
• Establish standards for responsible deployment, including privacy, security, and quality.
• Define measures of business impact, product adoption, and fellow development.

• Built a new program, service, community, or field operation from the ground up.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and their application to real business problems.
• Experience with small and medium businesses and earning client trust.
• Ability to translate customer insight into a service and repeatable model.
• Recruited and developed exceptional early-career talent.
• Led multidisciplinary teams and managed agencies, vendors, or external partners.
