Global Program Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee post-sale activities across implementation, support, and success for enterprise customers.
• Partner with customer leaders and account teams to develop adoption and success plans.
• Serve as a diplomatic partner to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
• Coordinate Professional Services, Customer Success and Support to drive value and adoption.
• Align product roadmap with customer needs; coordinate with Product Management.
• Shape long-term strategy for Enterprise services and growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years client-facing implementation and program leadership in Life Sciences or biotech SaaS.
• Lead large cross-functional post-sale teams with relationship, PM, and commercial skills.
• Experience managing multi-workstream enterprise SaaS deployments (scope, budget, reporting).
• Experience with SOWs, budgeting, resourcing, and change orders.
• BS or higher in Biology or related Life Sciences field.
• Excellent communication; able to present to C-suite.
• Willingness to work on-site in Boston or at customer sites.
