📋 Description

• Service delivery for Veeva’s Commercial product line at top customer
• Partner with customer leadership, IT, and stakeholders on deployment roadmap
• Establish post-deployment application management
• Support deployment proposals and services contract negotiation
• Coordinate CSM activities to drive product value and adoption
• Coordinate Product Management and Product Support activities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in large-scale pharma commercial program mgmt
• Consulting across functional areas for enterprise pharma
• Led global teams delivering large, complex tech implementations
• Tech strategy and roadmap development for large pharma
• Proven executive communication skills
• Ability to influence executives with objective analysis
• Problem resolution, negotiation, ambiguity, and influencing without authority
• Experience coordinating third parties and maintaining cadence
• Travel up to 50% of the time
