• Develop, standardize, implement global project planning methods and scheduling standards across

• Review schedules for feasibility, quality, and risks.
• Conduct planning quality assessments and regional project reviews.

• Ensure qualification and availability of scheduling resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in technical discipline, engineering, PM, or related field.
• 10+ years in project scheduling; strong Primavera P6 and/or MS Project skills.
• International project execution experience in energy, infra, or large-scale plant construction.
• Experience training, coaching, or leading scheduling teams.
• Strong planning methodologies, baseline development, and risk identification.
• Analytical, strategic thinking with excellent communication.
