Global Quality Manager Audits (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Driving our Quality and Environmental Audit (ISO 9001 and 14001)
• Working closely together with country managers to ensure all branches meet the ISO requirements and
• Develop trainings, guidelines, and documentation for ISO
• Conduct internal on-site audits at our largest SIXT branches worldwide — ensuring quality and
• Drive the continuous development of our quality tools and define new processes and SOPs to elevate
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our quality and environmental standards and ensure

🎯 Requirements

• Degree with a focus on business, economics, or related field; ideally certification as QMR or EMR
• Professional experience in quality management and ISO audits — preferably for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to travel regularly
• Independent, structured, process-oriented work approach with effective prioritizing
• Confident communication and teamwork across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English and German
