Global Quality Manager Audits (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Drive Quality and Environmental Audit (ISO 9001 and 14001)
• Work closely with country managers to ensure branches meet ISO requirements and act as interface
• Develop trainings, guidelines and documentation for ISO
• Conduct internal on-site audits at largest SIXT branches worldwide
• Drive continuous development of quality tools and define new processes and SOPs
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance quality and environmental standards

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in business, economics, or related field; ideally certification as QMR or EMR
• Professional experience in quality management and ISO audits (ideally ISO9001 and ISO14001)
• Willingness to travel regularly to locations across regions
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, structured and process-oriented
• Confident communicator in cross-functional teams across cultures and hierarchies
• Proficiency in MS Office; fluent in both English and German
