📋 Description

• Lead pre-construction on complex buildouts, coordinating MEP and design reviews.

• Define delivery method and contracting strategy per project.

• Read and interpret drawings to surface gaps, conflicts, and risk.

• Coordinate scopes: kitchens, AV, server rooms, and security.

• Oversee permitting and inspections across markets and labor environments.

• Lead and develop a team of project managers across the global portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related.

• Hands-on experience reading drawings and leading field work.

• Knowledge of GMP, lump sum, CM-at-risk, and change orders.

• Experience delivering complex scopes: kitchens, data/server rooms, and integrated security.

• Strong pre-construction skills: constructibility reviews, estimating, value engineering.

• Budgeting and cost control, plus schedule management.
