🎯 Requirements

4+ years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles
Proven global recruitment experience hiring across multiple regions and time zones
Flexible, results-oriented approach
Business acumen (preferred)
Strong English skills (speaking and writing at B2 - C1+ level)
