🎯 Requirements

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Proven success sourcing and closing talent across multiple regions
Creative, scrappy sourcing mindset with outreach and talent communities
Strong cross-cultural communication across time zones
Comfort with ambiguity and prioritizing ruthlessly in high-volume hiring
Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
