Global Regulatory Affairs/ Market Access Team Leader - M/F

📋 Description

• Lead global regulatory strategy and market access for Phileo BU
• Drive regulatory roadmap and registration priorities
• Ensure compliance with evolving frameworks across regions
• Oversee dossiers for feed ingredients and additives worldwide
• Coordinate regulatory timelines with launches and supply
• Interact with authorities (EC, EFSA, FDA, AAFCO, MAPA, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in animal nutrition/health or DVM preferred
• ≥10 years in regulatory affairs in animal nutrition/health
• Experience with EU feed additive authorization/renewal is a plus
• Proven leadership of international teams
• Strong project management and cross‑functional collaboration
• Excellent communication; fluent English (written and spoken)
