  • Act as liaison to premium retail, institutional, and high-net-worth clients.
  • Provide solutions to client inquiries per company policies.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review needs and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to improve business performance.
  • Oversee trade-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • 10+ years in a Sales role in Financial Services/Investment industry
  • A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors)
  • Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options
  • Proven experience in financial service sales and key account management providing solutions based on customer needs
  • Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities
  • Fluent English. Additional languages will be an asset
