📋 Description

• Coach sellers one on one
• Run a recurring one-on-one coaching cadence with each assigned seller against a written individual
• Coach the full seller motion—prospecting and outbound rigor, territory and account management, deal
• Facilitate role plays and certification checkpoints across discovery, executive conversations
• Observe live customer calls and give same-day feedback that names the specific behavior to change
• Build coaching programs with your manager

🎯 Requirements

• Seven or more years in enterprise or commercial software sales, sales management, or sales coaching
• Direct experience with both a large-deal Enterprise motion and a higher-velocity Commercial or
• A track record of coaching adults to behavior change
• Fluency in at least one recognized sales methodology, such as MEDDICC, Challenger, Strategic
• Strong CRM discipline
• Comfort with the enablement stack: CRM, conversation intelligence, sales content management, and a
