📋 Description

• Design and deliver onboarding programs to ramp new hires quickly.
• Develop cross-functional GTM programs to grow MariaDB's customer base.
• Translate complex DB features into value-based talk tracks.
• Create battlecards to win against incumbents like Oracle, MS SQL Server, AWS Aurora.
• Oversee Salesforce and enablement tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari).
• Coach and analyze performance; run workshops to close gaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in Sales Enablement or SaaS sales.
• Exceptional presentation skills; can command a room or Zoom.
• Translate CRM data into actionable training insights.
• Experience selling databases, analytics, and OSS + services.
• Expert-level knowledge of CRM reporting and sales workflows.
• Empathy for the daily grind and challenges of modern sales.
