Global Sales Insights Manager

📋 Description

• Provide actionable, data-driven insights to customer teams for strategic projects and joint planning
• Lead and improve global pricing processes (planning, execution, governance)
• Centralise and standardise dashboards and reporting across global/local sales teams
• Deliver customer P&L visibility using internal/external data with Finance/Marketing
• Improve sales process efficiency through data optimisation and scalable reporting
• Develop and own a multi-year roadmap for customer sell-out and performance analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in commercial analytics or related fields
• Strong commercial acumen with analytics-to-insight translation
• Advanced Power BI, SQL, Excel; Python or R is a plus
• Experience with large datasets and scalable reporting solutions
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with passion for new analytical opportunities
