📋 Description

• Develop and implement campus security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure safety.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in security management, campus security, and emergency response.
• Proven experience leading and managing a security team.
• Strong understanding of security technologies, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation; access control systems.
