🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Health & Welfare Benefits with focus on global LOA and Disability.
• 3+ years of people management, ideally global teams.
• Deep knowledge of US FMLA/ADA/CFRA and key international leaves.
• Proficiency with HRIS, Absence Management software, and case management systems.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $150,500 – $215,000 USD
