Global Senior Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Own Strava’s global payroll end-to-end across US and EMEA.
• Lead two Senior Payroll Analysts across SF and France, managing time zones.
• Build SOX-ready payroll controls, processes, and documentation.
• Own the payroll side of equity compensation (RSU, ESPP) toward IPO.
• Partner with GL for payroll journal entries and month-end close.
• Manage external payroll vendors and cross-functional partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Global payroll end-to-end across multiple entities and currencies.
• UK, France, Germany, Ireland payroll experience in addition to US.
• Leadership of payroll staff across time zones.
• Hands-on with payroll systems; vendor management for international payroll.
• Deep multi-jurisdiction payroll compliance incl US/EMEA and SOX.
• IPO-related payroll/equity experience; CPP a plus.
