Global Server, Storage, & Backup Manager

📋 Description

• Lead globally distributed team for servers, virtualization, storage, and backup services.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and recoverability of infra across on‑prem and cloud.
• Oversee lifecycle of Windows Server, Linux, virtualization, storage, and backup tech.
• Drive backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Establish and maintain operational standards, procedures, documentation, and ITSM practices.
• Monitor health, capacity, performance, and risks; drive improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent).
• US citizen with active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• 12+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience.
• 5+ years leading infrastructure operations teams.
• Hands‑on with Windows Server, Linux, VMware; ITSM familiarity (ServiceNow).
• Travel up to 25%; Azure/cloud experience and gov/regulated industry exposure preferred.
