Global Snapshot Client Liaison

📋 Description

• Provide services which meet client needs, advising clients and Business Development Managers on how
• Serve as key touch point for clients and internal teams, ensuring proactive communication on
• Coordinate data orders and production of Snapshot reports with NielsenIQ local countries and
• Work on process and service improvement to increase efficiency, productivity, and flexibility in
• Support clients and Business Development Managers on escalation and resolution of day-to-day
• Attend client meetings to identify needs versus production capabilities and apply best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven client-facing skills in representing complex operational processes in a simple and open
• Excellent verbal and numerical reasoning skills
• Strong communication skills with very good English (written and spoken)
• Ability to build relationships across countries and cultures
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to handle multiple competing deadlines
