Global Sourcing & Costing Assistant

📋 Description

• Assist with securing competitive initial pricing from international vendors.
• Track early-stage sample development and ensure timely delivery.
• Build initial P&L models and Time & Action calendars.
• Bridge communication between overseas factories and Sales/PD teams.
• Analyze margins and negotiate pricing to hit targets.
• Support cross-functional project timelines for new product launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in global sourcing, costing, or production management.
• Apparel/soft goods or home accessories experience preferred.
• Global exposure with Asia/Latin America factories.
• Strong financial acumen; able to build P&L models.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots) and PLM/ERP.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional project management.
