Global Sourcing Operations Manager (Hybrid)

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing Global Sourcing Operations team.
• Oversee day-to-day ops and key projects (supplier onboarding, performance mgmt, supplier consolidation).
• Build and standardize processes; drive continuous improvement and reporting to leadership.
• Foster strong supplier partnerships; coach and train the team; adopt best practices.
• Optimize systems and enable efficient, compliant sourcing operations.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or Supply Chain
• 6+ years of progressive experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain or related field
• 1–3 years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Strong interest in applying AI to enhance processes and improve efficiency
• Change leader who drives continuous improvement and supports team adaptability
• Results-oriented operator who sets clear priorities, establishes accountability and delivers on commitments
