🎯 Requirements

10+ years in global procurement with packaging/direct materials focus
Proven ability to lead procurement teams in a complex, matrixed environment
Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, risk management, and supplier management
Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience with modern sourcing models, risk tools, and direct materials
Degree-level education; MBA or higher preferred
