📋 Description

• Contribute to strategic and operational initiatives within GS&O
• Lead annual planning, OKRs, executive reporting, and Board papers
• Develop AI-enabled ways of working to raise quality and speed
• Run operating rhythms that turn priorities into action
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders across product, engineering, finance, and people
• Role sits at the center of Xero's strategy and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or similar strategy/operations roles in global tech or SaaS
• Strong strategic toolkit: frame ambiguous briefs, test hypotheses with data
• Analytical rigour: model data and build business cases
• Ability to synthesize analysis into crisp recommendations with defensible trade-offs
• Build and maintain processes, governance and operating rhythms
• Excellent stakeholder relationships and alignment across levels
