Manage supplier base with stratification model and playbook
Ensure supplier health via capability, quality, reliability, and price
Analyze supplier operations for rapid NPI and long-term production
Lead initiatives to improve supplier quality, cost, service, and delivery
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align procurement strategies

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or higher with 6+ yrs in supply chain/procurement/engineering
6+ yrs procurement in Custom Silicon/OSAT
Strong silicon foundry/OSAT supply chain and pricing knowledge
EVT/NPI/MP processes experience
ERP systems and purchasing/planning familiarity
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
