Global Supply Manager (Electrical Components)

📋 Description

• Own global sourcing and commodity strategies for electrical components and assemblies, including
• Partner closely with Electrical Engineering and cross-functional teams throughout the product
• Lead supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, selection, and ongoing management
• Lead commercial negotiations and cost strategy across assigned commodities, including pricing, cost
• Proactively identify and mitigate supply, capacity, technology, geopolitical, and single-source
• Develop a deep understanding of electrical component markets, supplier capabilities, technology

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a
• 3+ years of experience in global supply management, strategic sourcing, commodity management
• Experience sourcing electrical components or assemblies, with an understanding of markets and cost
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commodity or category strategies spanning supplier
• Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability
• Experience working with global suppliers and manufacturing partners and the ability to influence
