Global Supply Manager, Fabricated Metals

📋 Description

• Own the fabricated metal parts category, incl. welded/fastened fabrications, stamped brackets, and sheet metal components.
• Collaborate with leadership, supply chain, engineering, and strategic supply teams to drive metal parts sourcing strategy.
• Negotiate favorable terms and manage end-to-end sourcing from supplier development to contracting.
• Secure best-in-class pricing via price analysis, cost reductions, cost avoidance, and logistics optimization.
• Monitor market conditions, supplier capacity, tech roadmaps, and supply/demand trends.
• Ensure best-in-class suppliers, analyze costs, perform risk analyses, and forecast trends.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in metal parts sourcing, pricing, and manufacturing.
• Knowledge of commercial terms, contracts, and IP concepts.
• Data-driven, detail-oriented; strong analytics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; team-player.
• Independent and cross-functional collaborator; multi-tasking.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Eng, SCM, Finance, or similar; US travel.
