Global Supply Manager, Fluid Systems

📋 Description

• Own global sourcing strategy and supplier selection for process equipment and balance of plant
• Lead RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract terms directly with an international supplier base.
• Apply structured program management to track procurement milestones from RFQ through qualification
• Manage supplier performance, development, and risk across a global supplier network.
• Partner with engineering to translate technical requirements into sourcing strategies and supplier
• Evaluate supplier technical capabilities and ensure alignment with engineering specifications and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering
• 8–10 years of relevant sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or supplier management experience.
• Experience within oil and gas, chemical processing, or other capital-intensive process industries.
• Direct experience sourcing process equipment internationally, including supplier negotiation and
• Strong technical fluency with process equipment, including the ability to evaluate engineering
• Demonstrated program or project management experience applied to procurement execution.
