Global Supply Manager, PCB/PCBA (Starship Electronics)

📋 Description

• Develop sourcing strategies to minimize risk and costs
• Build relationships with stakeholders to design strategic sourcing models
• Communicate, implement, and enforce sourcing strategies
• Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives
• Analyze financial impacts and assess performance for categories
• Establish and monitor supplier SLAs and KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree + 4+ years in engineering/purchasing/contracting or bachelor + 6+ years or 10+
• Experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material or production planning
• Familiar with machined metallic components for aerospace/medical/energy/automotive
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
• APICS certification or Lean Six Sigma
• Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
