Global Supply Manager (Raptor)

📋 Description

• Manage supply base for Raptor parts, incl. machined components and assemblies.
• Control costs via supplier relations and design knowledge for cost reduction.
• Ensure capacity and quality to enable ramp-up and cope with design changes.
• Guide procurement and engineering on DFM and supply chain optimization.
• Perform make-vs-buy analyses and sourcing plans for NPI and production.
• Assess supplier capabilities and drive end-to-end lifecycle management.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree + 4+ yrs in machining, forgings, or materials
• Engineering (mechanical/aerospace/materials) and purchasing (CNC, sheet metal)
• Contract negotiation and supply chain management
• Material cost control and should-costing
• Experience optimizing machining supply chains (materials, processing, logistics)
• Excellent written/verbal/presentation skills for senior leadership
