Global Supply Manager, Raw Materials (Raptor)

📋 Description

• Manage global raw material supply base for flight and development programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to hit program goals.
• Use demand forecasts and design releases to ensure capacity and quality for ramp-up.
• Guide procurement and engineering on manufacturability, optimization, and cost reduction.
• Align with engineering on design reviews, supplier scorecards, schedules, and quality.
• Assess supplier facilities for capability and capacity for rapid deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree + 4+ years in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Or bachelor’s degree + 6+ years in similar fields.
• Or 10+ years in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain.
• Experience sourcing from global raw material mills and distributors.
• Experience reading drawings, GD&T, design reviews, and quality docs.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize across programs.
