Global Supply Manager, Semiconductor Electronic Components (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Work directly with key internal stakeholders to develop/implement sourcing and cost management
• Understand the technical aspects of electronic components to identify opportunities for design
• Own vendor management and negotiations to meet new product introduction (NPI) schedules
• Create and own supply strategy to ensure production clear to build readiness and supply risk
• Develop and manage supply base (domestic and international) for electronic components
• Work directly with key suppliers to develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in Engineering, Purchasing, Contract negotiation
• Must be able to travel up to 50% of work week as needed (including international travel)
• Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed to meet major milestones
• This position is based in Bastrop, TX and requires being onsite - remote work not considered
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee
