Global Supply Manager, Utilities & Infrastructure (Starlink)

📋 Description

• Create sourcing strategies for Energy, Gas, and Water categories to reduce risk
• Establish and maintain key internal stakeholder relationships
• Design strategic sourcing models to optimize value and deliver cost reductions
• Present confidently to executives on high-stakes negotiations
• Communicate, manage, and drive compliance for sourcing strategies
• Identify and execute cost reduction projects with stakeholder updates

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree with 4+ years in engineering, purchasing or supply chain
• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years in the same fields; or 10+ years total
• Experience with large capital equipment procurement
• Experience in power generation equipment (gas turbines, turbines)
• Ability to read technical drawings and engineering BOMs
• Strong communication; able to present to executives
• Willing to travel up to 25% and onsite Bastrop, TX
