📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve global Talent Acquisition processes and best-practice solutions
• Support in a large scale Talent Acquisition project as a PMO supporting gathering requirements and
• Partner with global and local Talent Acquisition stakeholders and translate business needs into
• Support the effective management and governance of our global Talent Acquisition technology
• Lead and coordinate audit, governance and process documentation, ensuring global standards
• Support other global improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working within Talent Acquisition, HR technology, recruitment operations, process
• Experience developing, managing or improving processes and best-practice solutions, ideally across
• Confidence working with recruitment technology, data, reporting, governance and process
• Fluent English
