• Own talent strategy, workforce planning, and executive hiring for designated units
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines globally
• Influence hiring decisions with data, market insights, and talent expertise
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the process
• Deliver hiring outcomes aligned with business priorities and SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 6+ years in recruitment (in-house or agency)
• Proven track record in technical, business, leadership, or specialist roles
• Experience in fintech/tech/digital assets or crypto industries
• Strong stakeholder management; influence with senior leaders
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication
