🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 6+ years of recruitment experience, either from a high-performing in-house Talent Acquisition team
• Proven track record of hiring for technical, business, leadership, or specialist roles in
• Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services, or cryptocurrency
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with
• Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive hiring.
