🎯 Requirements

• Experience hiring Legal, Compliance, AML, Regulatory, Risk, or Governance pros.
• Crypto/fintech/banking/financial services/consulting/tech experience preferred.
• Executive search, talent mapping, and market intelligence skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong stakeholder management across regions.
