🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years recruiting experience globally.
• 4+ years leading multi-regional teams (NA, India, UK).
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and labor law across geographies.
• Experience adopting AI, automation in TA processes.
• Proven record redesigning processes delivering measurable efficiencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills; trusted advisor.
