📋 Description

• Lead global Talent Acquisition across NA, India, UK, and other regions.
• Standardize and scale a world-class recruiting operation; drive AI/automation adoption.
• Partner with C-level and VPs on workforce planning and talent strategy.
• Build, mentor and unify multi-regional TA teams; foster inclusive culture.
• Define governance, cadence, and alignment across regions and HR functions.
• Own data analytics and ROI-driven digital transformation roadmap for TA.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of global recruiting experience and leadership.
• 4+ years leading multi-regional teams (NA, India, UK).
• Strong practices, labor-law knowledge across geographies.
• Experience deploying AI, automation in Talent Acquisition.
• Data-driven with dashboards for metrics like conversion funnel and cost per hire.
• Hands-on with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter).
